Happy Days
First of all, Happy Thanksgiving! It has been a wonderful day and there are so many people I am grateful for.
My amazing husband -- you're my best friend and being married to you is truly the best part of my life. Love you.
My siblings -- I don't know what life would be like as an only child, but I am so glad I'm not. And to my three new step-siblings, I love you guys, too and you already drive me a little crazy so we're definitely family.
My mom -- things have been rough but I hope you know I love you, always have and always will.
My dad and step-mom: Thank you for your love and support, for letting us do our laundry at your place, and letting us TiVo The Walking Dead every week.
My grandparents: I could never express the special love that is what I have for you. I am so blessed.
My sib-in-laws: Seriously, I couldn't have married into a better family. I love all of our laughs and crazy shenanigans.
My dear friends: I just love you all. I have the most amazing people to call friends and I consider you family.
I could go on, but the list would be too long.
Now... I don't think I've blogged since before the wedding. Let me just start with this,
MARRIAGE IS THE BEST.
Our wedding day was the best day of my life. I'll have to save that for another more detailed post with pictures. But yes. Marriage is just... a huge blessing. I have the best husband I could have ever hoped for myself. Cohabitation just felt natural and normal. We're settling into our little apartment with kitty and we have our daily routine. During the week, I'm at school from 9-5 and Bron is at work from 7-6 so we have our evenings together and usually Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday. When we're at home, we usually watch a new TV show or go hang out with our siblings. My favorite thing about being married (besides the obvious ;] ), is just the level of comfort. I'm not embarrassed about anything, we aren't hesitant to communicate, and we just mess around with each other and do whatever we can to make the other laugh. I know we can't be the only couple that have conversations that are never to be repeated because no one will find them funny like we do. Oh, man... I just love being married. I love my Bronson.
I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Bron and I celebrated with his family today. We are currently en route to my family's cabin up north to celebrate Thanksgiving #2 with them. :) Until my next post (whenever that is), I hope we continue to express gratitude for the things in life that bring us happiness. Love from me to you. <3
